Kyokushin India United believes in the policy of making instructors who were the students of their associated Dojos. All our instructors have trained extensively under our Chief Instructors before becoming a Dojo Operator or In charge. Our 4 branches are:

Sumita’s Self Defence Academy (SSDA) was founded by Sensei Capt. Kaustav Nath in 2018 in order to train and equip Ladies and Children in full contact Karate and Self Defence. He is also the Chief Instructor of the Brand.
SSDA Training is headed by Sensei Capt. Kaustav Nath as Chief Instructor, Sensei Dipankar Bhattacharya as Sr. Instructor & Senpai Sumita Mukherjee Nath, 2nd Dan Black Belt.

Senpai Nath has been practising Kyokushin Karate since 1992. She herself trains regularly in fitness and various other martial arts to keep herself updated and fit. She was ranked 3rd in National Kata Tournament and practices Katas on a daily basis. She has also trained in Kali 3D, Krav Maga and Sanatan Shashtar Vidiya. This makes her a complete martial artist.
Senpai now trains ladies and children regularly through Online and Offline classes. Her youngest trainee is 4 years old and the eldest is 63. In 2020, Indian Business Women recognized and awarded her the title of The Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2020.
She also takes regular counselling of students on Dietary issues after completing her training in Dietary and Nutrition

Senpai Anas Khan J., Shodan-Kyokushin Karate, is one of the most hardworking and passionate Kyokushin Karateka. He has been training in Kyokushin Karate for over 30 years and has been a very successful businessman in Kerala.

Senpai Anas Khan has extensively trained under Sensei Dipankar Bhattacharya, 3rd Dan Kyokushin Karate and Sr. Instructor at Sumita’s Self Defence Academy and Sensei Capt. Kaustav Nath, 3rd Dan Kyokushin Karate, Founder and Chief Instructor of Sumita’s Self Defence Academy.

Senpai Anas was awarded the Shodan under supervision of Sensei Raja Mookherjee, 4th Dan Kyokushin Karate and Vice President KIU.
Senpai Anas has taken a vow to train and spread the discipline of Kyokushin Karate amongst the youth and children of the society teaching and inculcating in them the Kyokushin Budo Spirit.

Moni Mohan Dutta runs SSDA-Bankura Dojo a.k.a. Sonamukhi Martial Arts Academy, Bankura West Bengal.

Moni has been a Uchi-Deshi of Hanshi Shivaji Ganguly and has been awarded Shodan by Hanshi.
Moni joined SSDA in July 2023 as an Instructor and runs the SSDA Franchise in West Bengal, India.
